Group meetings are held once a m

Meetings are one Sunday night a month at the LAVC Planetarium. Business meetings start at 7:00 pm; lectures with guest speakers follow at 7:45 pm and are open to the public. Join at a Business Meeting; membership donation is $15.00 per year.

Dates of meetings in 2008:

24 February -- Following the meeting, guest speaker Dr. Toni Travouillon will dicsuss "Antarctic Astronomy", infrared observations of the sky being conducted in Antarctica.
